Here we go, Team!
As of yesterday, 65.5k Oregonians have already cast their ballots, and now our strategy changes.
STOP YOUR WALK LISTS
Save any data you’ve collected from your canvassing efforts, and collate any reports of deceased voters and voters who no longer live at their recorded addresses. This information will be used later.
Per the ORP Data Chair’s request, we will be deleting all walk lists in Campaign Sidekick in the next 48 hours.
If you have leftover printed campaign material, I suggest you spread that out at every door in your neighborhood.
CALL LISTS
ORP is creating a Jackson County Call List for our canvassers to use through campaign sidekick.
These call lists will be prioritizing low-propensity Republican voters, and the numbers will be updated regularly to account for ballots that have already been processed.
I will be providing PDF call lists for those who wish to text or those who wish to NOT use campaign sidekick.
For PDF call lists, it is important to make your calls/texts ASAP, as that data will quickly become obsolete.
I will be providing the PDFs to your regional Co-Captains. If you have not had contact with a regional co-captain, email me at pcp@jcor.gop to ask for a list.
CAMPAIGN SIDEKICK
Using Campaign Sidekick for calls is 100x easier than using the app for door-to-door canvassing. You sign into the app, click the “Phone” button at the bottom right-hand corner of your screen, then on the next page, you hit the round blue button “CALL” and the app will automatically dial a targeted voter.

ONLINE RESOURCES
MASS TEXT CAMPAIGN
JCRP has invested in a mass text campaign which will deliver a GOTV text + resource link to every Republican, NAV, Independent, and Constitution Party voter, whose cell number is available for messaging. That’s approximately 92k Jackson County voters!
ELECTION-DAY PARTY
ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING
Our next Central Committee Meeting (Nov. 17, 7pm) is our Organizational Meeting, where we will elect JCRP’s Executive Board and delegates, who will serve two-year terms. Only PCPs elected in the 2022 primary election can vote in the Organizational Meeting. If you were appointed as a PCP after the 2022 primary in May, you may run for a position, but you cannot vote. Any Republican registered to vote in Jackson County can run for a position.
GOTV DEBRIEFING/BRAINSTORMING
Thursday, Nov 10th, from 4:30pm-6:30pm we will have a roundtable discussion about our GOTV efforts, analyzing what worked and what didn’t, and brainstorming how we can be more effective moving forward. If you helped Get Out The Vote during the 2022 Phase 2 cycle, you are invited to participate.
SCRIPTS AND OTHER ASSETS
Scrips and other assets can be found in the last two PCP ANNOUNCEMENTS emails. If you have not seen these emails, please search your email account for material sent from pcp@jcor.gop. Here is the link to the last announcement email: https://app.mlsend2.com/f3m6k9m8h0/
BALLOT MEASURE 112
JCRP is now officially advising voters to vote NO on measure 112, in addition to NO on 111, 113, and 114

JCRP’s Facebook account is now active. If you have a facebook account, please share our election-related posts. You can find us at: https://www.facebook.com/jacksoncountyrepublicans
Okay, you guys are the BEST. Thank you all so very, very much for your self-sacrifice and dedication during this pivotal moment in history. Less than two weeks to go!
